Yes, Fruit Syrup is made from 100% fruit with nothing added and is produced using no chemicals or enzymes. It has 25% fewer calories than sugar, is sweeter and you can reduce the amount used gram for gram by around 25% (i.e. if your recipe calls for 100g of sugar try 75g). It also has a lower GL (Glycaemic Load) making it a better choice than sugar. How does it compare to honey? Agave syrup is a by-product of the tequila industry, produced in Mexico from a cactus like plant pollinated by bats. Sweet Freedom is made 100% from fruit and produced in the UK. I have been recommending Sweet Freedom to my clients for over a year now and been amazed at the results it has achieved. The majority of my clients come to see me for weight loss and often have diabetes and high cholesterol when they first arrive. It's amazing that within a short time of using Sweet Freedom in their diets, coupled with my advice, Hypnotherapy and EFT, how they are much slimmer, healthier and many are already coming off their medication.' Upon discovering last summer (after countless GP and hospital referrals) that I was in fact diabetic, I was forced to alter my diet regime quite significantly. This was much harder than initially anticipated due to being required to meet certain macronutrient demands for rowing training. Discovering Sweet Freedom and the Choc Shot range has quite literally proven a saviour! I'll likely incorporate 2-3 servings per day, allowing me to maintain insulin levels without sacrificing taste... I literally couldn't recommend the product enough.'

Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup is a versatile and healthy alternative to sugar. It is low GL which means it will not cause inflammatory spikes in blood sugar and insulin and it is made from natural ingredients. With a range of products which can be used in many ways Sweet Freedom makes it easy to eat delicious and healthy foods.' It's a refreshing departure from syrups loaded with unnecessary additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners and all that nonsense! After I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 years ago I was advised not to use sugar in hot drinks and to switch to sweeteners but I found that I could not enjoy tea and coffee with intensive sweeteners in place of sugar. I am really pleased to have come across 'Sweet Freedom' as it sweetens just like sugar.' No, Sweet Freedom is not classed as a raw product as it is heated during the extraction process. What can I use it for?No! Sweet Freedom do not use palm oil in any of their products. Are Sweet Freedom products a good choice for diabetics? I am very pleased with the product and am spreading the word, I am diabetic and have used it in my cooking and no one noticed till I told them.' You are a complete godsend for my daughter who was diagnosed with diabetes as a teenager. The variety of your products enables me to put them to good use in cakes, milk shakes and just drizzled over porridge. At last she has more of a choice without the carbs!'

Not only does Sweet Freedom RASPBERRY SYRUP care about your well-being, but it also cares for the planet. You won’t have noticed, but all our handy top-down squeezy bottles are now made with 30% recycled plastic and are, as they always have been, recyclable. I love every one of your products - my favourites being the coconut and the orange spice. It makes for wonderful porridge and desserts however I now have to share it with my children as they love it too! I first heard about you via my Mom (also diabetic) as she found the Choc Shot in Morrisons but she has only used it as a hot chocolate drink so far - I have enlightened her and got her the coconut one to try as well as she used to love Bounty bars before becoming diabetic. I will be keeping an eye out for new products and I am registered on your mailing list. Have a great week.' This RASPBERRY SYRUP is a true gem for everyone seeking a natural and delicious, sweet and fruity everyday treat. With its delightful taste, versatile applications, and commitment to using the very best ingredients, it's no wonder customers are falling head over heels in love with this lush syrup… endless fruity possibilities! M ake no added sugar sauces, desserts, jams, chutneys, dressings, granola, custards, chocolate, ice cream / lollies. The fruit used to make Sweet Freedom is as good as organic but without the organic status. But it is something the manufacturers are looking in to, although it has to come from their fruit producers. Is it raw?

How does it compare to honey?

Yes, as it has a low GL/GI ofat 35 it can help avoid blood sugar highs and lows making it a good choice for diabetics as part of a healthy balanced diet. Is it suitable for vegans?

Xylitol is a polyalcohol, made from corn husks or birch tree chips sold under various brand names (Perfect Sweet etc); is chemically processed and produced mainly in China. *It has been found that Xylitol is poisonous to dogs and they should not be offered scraps of any home made treats with it! Can diabetics use it? Beyond using Sweet Freedom when making your own amazing raw chocolate recipes, it can be used anywhere that you would normally use sugar, honey or any other sweetener. I made your sweet freedom baked cheesecake yesterday for the second time. I varied it by adding cocoa, flour and an egg to the basement to make it more of a dough and then putting it in the preheated oven while I prepared the top. I added some cocoa to the cream cheese to make it for Easter and decorated with mini eggs. Sweet Freedom Choc Shot 320gis 95% fat free, half the calories of solid Chocolate and 86% less fat. Why should I choose Sweet Freedom? Hello Sweet Freedom Team, Today may just be the first day of the rest of my life because I have just discovered you! As a Type 2 diabetic with a dangerous weakness for all things chocolate, I had resigned myself to a life of misery. I can ignore sweets, biscuits and cakes but chocolate has been a real struggle....until now. I am a volunteer driver and much of my work involves taking people shopping. I was idly browsing the shelves in one of my local (Harrogate) supermarkets and there it was, a jar of Choc Shot Hot Choc, beaming down at me. Nothing has ever jumped into my trolley with such speed so now I'm looking forward to experimenting with all your gorgeous-looking products. I may well become your Ambassador in Harrogate!'

Hello, I care for my 82 year old nan, who is a diabetic. I've managed to get her to change from her old sugar filled hot chocolate to using your Choc Shot and she has!! It's much healthier and her blood sugars have improved lots, which is fabulous!!! Many thanks.' Hi, I love your Sweet Freedom product, it's so versatile. It allows sweetness in so many ways for my husband who is diabetic. I have made quite a few items from your recipe list, which are fantastic!' It is a common myth that fruit is all fructose, each fruit has varying amounts some high, some low. In fact one of the benefits of Sweet Freedom is that it is very low in fructose having only 23g per 100g. By contrast, agave syrup has approx 90g per 100g, honey has around 40g and sugar has 50g per 100g.
