Visit Granny Dee’s Pierogi and embark on a journey of flavors that will transport you to the heart of Eastern Europe, no matter where you are! She worked during the Great Depression and was employed for twenty years as an executive secretary in the offices of the BeeBee Shoe factory in Manchester, New Hampshire. In 2000, Granny D received a special Martin Luther King Award from the Manchester, New Hampshire-based Martin Luther King Coalition.

But, Your Honor, some of us do not have much power, except to put our bodies in the way of an injustice--to picket, to walk, or to just stand in the way. She loved the Word, studying with her friends, and talking about its truth with all who would listen. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later). It's a big portion of that, given that her reasoning for going on her trek across America was to raise awareness around campaign finance reform. After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement. In God’s sovereignty, He allowed her body to face the battles of cancer, age, painful infections, and weakness. True to her "clean elections" ideals, Haddock funded her late-entry campaign by accepting only modest private-citizen donations. Granny D continued to be active in politics to the end of her life, and celebrated her 98th, 99th and 100th birthdays by lobbying for campaign finance reform at the New Hampshire State House.
