Description

Last but not least, the Invicta Grand Diver runs on a Japanese automatic movement, complementing the awe-inspiring features for the money.

When it comes to proper dive watches, Seiko is probably the first name on everybody’s lips. Throughout their long years in business, they’ve managed to establish a trustworthy reputation that is hard to beat. In fact, some of the best affordable dive watches come precisely from Seiko. The dial on the ref. SNKE01K1 has a similar layout, but is surrounded by a stainless steel bezel with five-minute gradations. This model also uses the caliber 7S26 and costs roughly 145 USD. In terms of other aspects of the appearance, the dial is unique for not only the light-toned creamy color but also for the fully luminous dial, along with lume-filled hands. The hour markers are bold and rectangularly shaped but don’t come luminescent (for obvious reasons, of course). Suigetsu” is evocative of viewing the moon reflected onto water, and it’s the theme that defines the SPB171. It’s a beautiful metaphor for the cool blue against the glossy surface of the white porcelain, a theme that’s carried on with the blue crocodile strap, which is actually a new color for Seiko. The I.N.O.X. collection offers highly durable timepieces that go through rigid tests before going on sale. They are also beautifully designed, enabling their use for casual everyday wear. Hence, the white Victorinox Pro Diver is a spot-on companion for various occasions.Another watch from the Japanese manufacturer is the Seiko 5 Sports SRP481K1. Also referred to as “Baby Monster” or “Ice Monster,” the watch is similar to the famous Seiko Monster but doesn’t come with a build of a professional diver as the original one does.

We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product. This 140th Anniversary SPB213J1 is worn on a stainless steel bracelet with super-hard coating and closed by a folding clasp with a diving extension. An excellent match with the rest of the watch, I can easily see this versatile model worn on colourful NATO straps or a blue rubber strap. Availability & Price In 1963, Seiko gave the Alpinist a redesign and made it a part of the Champion collection. The watch's diameter remained 35 mm. The Alpinist Champion 850 is powered by the caliber 850, as reflected in its name. However, not all watches follow the same pattern. For example, a white dial dive watch is a breeze of fresh air for its unique aesthetics compared to typical divers. It may not be as legible as dark ones in daylight but will offer plenty of lume in dim conditions.

In 2006, Seiko relaunched the Alpinist as part of the SARB line. The design largely follows that of the "Red Alpinist," with one exception: The watch no longer has a lens for the date display. As part of the Prospex collection, the SARB Alpinists use the high-quality caliber 6R15 with a 50-hour power reserve. Seiko produced the watch in a number of different versions, though many appeared exclusively on the Asian market. The ref. SNZG13K1 is paired with a three-piece link stainless steel bracelet. The ref. SNZG15K1 is an identical timepiece, but mounted on a textile strap. Both versions start at around 180 USD.

The mechanical watches in the Seiko 5 collection have been enchanting watch lovers around the world since the early 1960s. It is one of the best-selling automatic watch lines worldwide and has always been aimed at sporty watch enthusiasts who are young at heart. The overall look of the watch is known as the Evolution 9 Styleand it will be an important part of the Grand Seiko’s signature in the years to come. Its powerful hands and grooved, prominent markers ensure perfect legibility, its Zaratsu polished, distortion-free mirror finish and delicate Seiko only produced 1,959 pieces of the 1959 Alpinist Re-Creation, making it a sought-after collector's item. It goes for around 2,700 USD on Chrono24. The Re-Interpretation

Lowest Per Month

The overall appearance suggests a much pricer watch than this Seiko actually is. With the textured white dial and mild blue bezel, the timepiece is sure to catch envious glimpses of others. And since 2021 marked the 140th anniversary of the foundation of Seiko, the brand has decided to treat us to multiple limited edition models, including the present watch. The Polar 62MAS Interpretation… In contrast to most of the watches on this list, the Tag Heuer timepiece is powered by a quartz movement. As a result, it’s not as glamorous as an automatic equivalent but, on the other hand, offers better accuracy and is much cheaper.
