Description

The project has total proven and probable reserves of 59-million ounces grading 1.13 g/t gold. A feasibility study on the project has identified it as a strategic, long-life asset. Consolidated production of 53,911 GEOs, including pre-commercial production of 10,693 GEOs from the Magino mine, was 17% higher compared to 45,939 GEOs from the third quarter of 2022. The increase in production was largely due to initial production from the Magino mine, as higher production from the Florida Canyon mine offset lower production from the Company's Mexican mines. There are several kinds of armoured cloches. Cloches are non-retractable turrets. The word cloche is a French term meaning bell due to its shape. All cloches were made of alloy steel. Highly Versatile: Magino is an acrylic table that functions as a sturdy stool or clear side table with built-in magazine storage, but also works great as a side table

When the Allied forces invaded in June 1944, the line, now held by German defenders, was again largely bypassed; fighting touched only portions of the fortifications near Metz and in northern Alsace towards the end of 1944. During the German offensive Operation Nordwind in January 1945, Maginot Line casemates and fortifications were utilised by Allied forces, especially in the Bas-Rhin department in Grand Est, and some German units had been supplemented with flamethrower tanks in anticipation of this possibility. [31] Stephen Ambrose wrote that in January 1945, "a part of the line was used for the purpose it had been designed for and showed what a superb fortification it was." Here the Line ran east-west, around the villages of Rittershoffen and Hatten, south of Wissembourg. [32] After World War II [ edit ] The view from a battery at Ouvrage Schoenenbourg in Alsace. A retractable turret is in the left foreground. Since the beginning of the fourth quarter, Magino's throughput has been averaging 9,200 tonnes per day, in-line with nameplate capacity. As we continue to ramp up, we are focused on driving mining productivity, mill optimization, and further advancing the plant expansion that has the potential to increase throughput to annual production above 200,000 ounces per year for the life of mine," said Marc Leduc, Chief Operating Officer of Argonaut Gold.

Flood zones were natural basins or rivers that could be flooded on demand and thus constitute an additional obstacle in the event of an enemy offensive. We believe organic growth through mineral resource expansion will deliver significant value within the Company's asset base and lays the long-term foundation to grow our current production profile as we seek to become a low-cost, midtier North American gold producer," comments Young.Ontario, operating as LET’S ROLL ‘IDEATION’ CONSULTING (LRIC), was engaged to provide catering and cleaning services for the accommodation camp. Narrow gauge railway system: A network of 600mm ( 1ft 11 + 5⁄ 8in) narrow gauge railways was built to rearm and resupply the main fortresses ( ouvrages) from supply depots up to 50km (31mi) away. Petrol-engined armoured locomotives pulled supply trains along these narrow-gauge lines. (A similar system was developed with armoured steam engines in 1914–1918.)
