Katy Perry's Mad Potion is the first fragrance presented since Katy Perry has been collaborating with Coty, created a a new ‘pillar’ of her perfume line. The new edition Mad Love raised a lot of dust in the media because it is speculated that its name was actually inspired by verses of the song by Taylor Swift Bad Blood, "You know it used to be mad love". Projection - Described above. About 3-4 feet for the first 3 hours and then dims down to a skin scent for another 3 hours.

Surprisingly a long lived scent lasting well into day two of initial spraying, the coconut more dominant in the colder months. The strawberry note unchanging, well at least on my skin.

It continued to cling to my arm for a good 7 to8 hours; which in any other circumstance would be very impressive, but i tried scrubbing it off twice and it just wouldn't budge. So 10/10 for longevity I spose. I am usually a fan of Katy Perry's fragrances, because even though they're always very sweet, theyre still nice scents with complexity, but I just realpy cant get on board with this one. Indi, It's not you, it's me.. No actually, it really is you.

I dont know if ide liken it to strawberry ice cream like most have previously; more like that chewy strawberry flavored This one is less gourmand. It is very sweet indeed...but more of a fruity, juicy kind of sweet...not dessert-like such as Fantasy Or Jessica Simpson Fancy. The coconut is there, but only as a contributing factor...it isn't a pure coconut scent like a lot of the Victoria Secret scents, or Bath and Body Works scents. It's basically a strawberry-coconut-sorbet type of smell with a bed of musk and a slight floral tinge to it as well that makes it actually slightly original. It's not a groundbreaking fragrance but I can deff see this being versatile and a good addition to most people's collection. And after Mad Potion...I can EASILY say this is a huge step in the right direction for Katy's fragrance line. With Indi, Katy Perry wanted to make a modern musk scent, described as mellow, energetic and sensual, which contains eleven kinds of musk at its foundation. This is not the first musk-centered composition of her collection; Mad Potion from 2015, the first edition under license of Coty, offers a sweet, vanilla - musky composition. The new Indi is composed to be a more mature version of musk, complemented by fresh, floral, woodsy and oriental notes.

If one hankers for first loves? Crushes and secret girly places to rebel? Mine at the time in Sweden, and for lipgloss heaven then Mad Love may be just for your fragrance trip.? The coconut note of Indi Visible is like Katy Perry's Purr coconut, not fresh but quite heavy because both Purr and Indi Visible have gardenia too and it seems like gardenia and coconut create a creamier, milkier heavier scent, and I dont mind it at all, but its more for night time imo and for winter time. I find the tonka bean heavier in Indi Visible because of the other notes, (sandalwood, patchouli)

I don't know what I was expecting, but a Santal 33 flanker was def not it! It smells so similar to Santal 33 to me, but with a little more depth from the plum, and with a little bit of a creamy note. Maybe it's the amber that grounds it, but it is pretty soft. Santal 33 def smells more woody and earthy-fresh, it has a much lighter feeling to it. I got the girl to spray it on my wrist this time and, well, I actually really liked it. I do still believe it bares strong similarities to wild glow, but with an intense dose of coconut; which is what i loved the most. Coconut is one of my favorite fragrance notes so as soon as i smelled that creamy tropical goodness i was sold. Then, bad da bing, we get to all that musk, its sexy and sweet on the dry down, very noticeable in this perfume. down to the end. Projection is moderate and sillage is about six hours, do layer this with the body wash and perhaps the lotion in areas where you want to spray the fragrance. On me Mad Love is like it's predecessor, in that it's all about the musky vanilla. Coty don't mention vanilla being used in this fragrance but it's there, though not as suffocating as it is in Mad Potion, so that's a big plus in Mad Love's favour. My overall opinion of Mad Love is actually a bit higher, as it isn't quite as flat, and the longevity, whilst poor at around four hours, is still a bit better in comparison to the original.

I have been wearing this in very hot UK weather and it's perfect, fresh and clean with a slightly sweet note. I can't see it offending anyone.

I know that we live in a consumers world, and perfumes just aint made the way they used to be, a lot of them are made fast, cheaply and watered down just enough to keep us going through bottle after bottle. Sometimes a girl needs a sugar slam. Upon first spray this delicious ,creamy , decedent tropical coconut scent this old song came to mind .... The opening is a bold yet tart strawberry covered in powdered sugar, or similar to what I’d consider a Sweettart Candy-esque aroma that is sweet and powdery with just a smidge of fresh tartness! Though, that’s not the best part! The dry down turns into a delicious strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberry syrup poured delicately across the scoop topped off with a generous dash of whipped cream. This is so lactonic and sweet with just the right amount of lovely, mouthwatering tartness. This is a long lasting, beautifully projective strawberry dessert fragrance that is astonishing for the price! This is perfect for spring and summer alongside out performs several of my designer fragrances! This is a cheapie that I most certainly approve of and will absolutely remain part of my collection! Mê Linh, Mỹ Đức, Phú Xuyên, Quốc Oai, Sóc Sơn, Thạch Thất, Thanh Oai, Thường Tín, Ứng Hòa, Thanh Trì. This scent also had my husband fooled all the way, since he was asking me "Are you wearing your favourite one again, that's what I smell?". My favourite scent is L'Instant by Guerlain and I really don't get how my husband had these two mixed up. These are clearly not identical in any way, not even similar.
