It reminded me why I have a “type” of book I like reading. It was fun, flirty, emotional, hot and just made me feel good inside. It’s enemies to lovers, whereas the sequel Hook, Line, and Sinker, (which was also amazing!!!!) was friends to lovers. Brendan was giving me Rip from Yellowstone vibes, and Fox (a main character in the sequel, and Brendan’s best friend) gave me so Sawyer from Lost vibes.
