Selected items are only available for delivery via the Royal Mail 48® service and other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge. If your item is damaged or defective you can return it and we will even give you a prepaid return label. If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment. DEFECTIVE ITEMS Don't you wish that everything was made better? So do we! Since everything we sell is brand new and still sealed we have no way to know if an item is defective until you receive it.
