S. AND CANADA CRIME PHOTO FILE and an INTERNATIONAL CRIME PHOTO FILE to ensure you can solve all crimes, both foreign and domestic. The best Batmobile of all comes to McFarlane Toys’ Batman ’66 range for use with your Surfing Batman and plain old non-surfing Robin figures! The paint doesn’t hold up quite as nicely when you punch in really close with the camera, but it looks fine in hand.

You get a subdued black plastic sheen on the body with the right amount of red trim and the bat emblems printed on the doors. Much like Batman, it is also a great representation of Burt Ward’s Robin, even if this likeness is a little more “general young guy” than “definitely Burt Ward” in the finish. and I appreciate what they were going for here, but I would have rather had figure stands or actual accessories like batarangs, bat grapple hooks, etc. Activating a button hidden in the bust of William Shakespeare, BRUCE reveals the secret entrance to the BATCAVE™, concealed behind the bookcase. And there's no need to worry about villainous takeovers, good citizen, the Anti-Theft Activator is all the Caped Crusader needs to protect his invaluable vehicle.

This means they won’t snap or break easily, which is great considering how thin and delicate they are, but that also makes them pretty easy to warp. Housing the Batcomputer and a host of gadgets, the Dynamic Duo solves crimes and is always alert for trouble in Gotham City. There’s Retro 66 Batman, DC Multiverse, Warhammer 40k… I mean, holy crap I really went ham on these lines in 2024. The arms have rotating hinges in the shoulders, single hinges in the elbows, and rotatin in the wrists.Scarred by acid into outwardly becoming the monster he once hid away from the world, Two-Face has become a tragic figure and one of Batman’s most unpredictable and dangerous opponents. Honestly, the scaling here is actually a little better than what we saw with MEGO’s toys, but that’s still a pretty flimsy excuse to make an under-sized Batmobile. The front and back canopy pieces are clear plastic with just a bit of frost to them and just about all the added sculpted bits to the top, like the exhaust pipes and aerials are cast in very soft rubber. Mattel’s 66 Batman line combined these familiar comic visuals with the figure stands and that was a good idea, but it’s not like McFarlane could have copied that.
