Of all the people involved I probably enjoyed reading about Lila the most, she wasn’t the nicest but had something to keep the reader either cheering or booing her! We highly recommend this one and think it is one to put on your do not miss list. If you get the chance to read it in a group we suggest taking it as its one of the best stories to discuss. You could always join the Traveling Friends. This is one I am definitely going to suggest they read.

Bernadette is tired of her husbands ways and is finally going to demand the divorce she had been wanting for quite some time now. ONE DAY IN DECEMBER by Shari Low is an example of contemporary fiction at its finest. Engaging, addictive, and all-consuming, this story completely took over and I did not even notice the hours drift by as I was immersed in that all-important day in December when lives would change forever. If you liked One Day in December and are a big fan of Bridget Jones’s Diary, then I urge you to read the original story.
