Description

A mangonada is a type of frozen drink that is extremely popular all across Mexico. It’s one of those treats that walks the line between a refreshing drink and a satisfying dessert. Whether you eat it for their flavor or health benefits, mangoes make a great addition to almost any meal. Here are some ways you can include mangoes in your diet:

Hugasan at ihanda ang mga mangga. Hiwain ang mga pisngi nito at kunin ang laman gamit ang isang baso. Ilipat ang mga mangga sa blender. Gumawa ng mango tidbits galing sa mga natirang laman mula sa buto.Fresh lime: Freshly squeezed lime juice will yield the best and brightest flavors. Avoid bottled lime juice for this recipe! Mangoes are also helpful for supporting your cardiovascular system. They are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangoes are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which early studies suggest may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart. This Mexican-style candy can be made with many different kinds of sweets, but typically uses gushers or peach rings. But you can definitely make it with your favorite fruity candy.

The origins of the first true mangonada recipe are largely unknown, but it likely stemmed from experimentation with different shaved ice (raspado) combinations. Lime: Use fresh lime juice and adjust it up or down depending on how tangy you like your drink. Lemon juice is a good alternative. With roots in both Rome and East Asia, raspados grew in popularity in Mexico after new ingredients like umeboshi and tamarind were introduced.
