As someone who suffers from very and flaky skin especially during winter, this balm has been my saving grace!Very dry, dry and irritated skin benefit most from this face balm. La Roche Posay credits regenerating and calming qualities to this balm, claiming that it is meant to prevent redness and atopic dermatitis. Information on Ingredients The balm creates a moisture barrier over the skin so it can leave the skin looking a bit oily. It's fine for the body but not so much for the face, especially during the day. So I only apply it to my face just before bedtime and wash it off in the morning. I might keep this as hand cream or during the dry winter periods. I think I'll use it as my post-laser cream. Not sure if I'll buy it again.
