And of course, you can take this mindset to work, where it will help you emerge as a stronger teammate and leader by injecting a sense of peace into meetings, encouraging others, and staying focused overall by having cleared the clutter. The list goes on. You can add just about every other life activity from the gym to household budgeting.

But then after the first couple of scenes, the book, like its movie counterpart, goes and does nothing interesting with its premise. Rather than a compelling exploration of the psychology behind the girls’ positions and two sisters finding one another, it’s a near beat-for-beat retelling of the film, with the only difference being that Anna wants to find Elsa because she wants to meet her instead of her wanting to help Elsa with some supposed sisterly relationship. And that’s just…whatever. Frozen had a pretty shaky plot to begin with—everything after Elsa flees the palace up until Anna’s sacrifice is basically just bumbling filler—and the book isn’t much different. The characters run around and go random places because of some nebulous sense of “destiny” and, like the movie, it bored and irritated me immensely. Though I will say that the book’s extreme similarity to the movie just further validates my criticism of the film—the fact that Anna and Elsa’s relationship ultimately feels no different here than it does in the movie, despite the fact that they have literally been erased from each other’s minds shows how flimsy and bogus their bond was to begin with. This book is specifically for people who need to downsize either their own home or their parents' home. I don't have to downsize, but I read it anyway since I *want* to get rid of a significant amount of stuff in my current home. We downsized from two homes to one years ago when I had an infant, and I could not deal with sorting through everything at that time, so my current house is not only cluttered with the extras from that consolidation, but also all the new stuff that comes with having kids. I found this book very useful.I’ve not been shy about using the S word throughout this book so far, and now we come to what the authors call “the F word.” That’s forgiveness. Maybe not the one you were thinking, yet impactful all the same. So with this, the momentum of letting go will take you to wholeness. As soon as you make just a tiny little decision to let go, then the momentum grabs you like the force field of gravity — in a very very good way! Talk to your midwife, healthcare worker or GP about your mental health, or you can refer yourself to an NHS talking therapies service online. Older people Talking therapies services normally let your GP know that you are getting support. Your talking therapy team will explain what information will be shared confidentially with your GP and why this is important. He has some helpful things in there & some exercises to do/think about that will help you define what legacy you want to leave. Even though this is a short book, I think it could have been written, organized, & presented in a better, cleaner, more streamlined format. He mainly focuses on defining your treasures (things that are truly valued by you & that show your values to those who will be dealing with your stuff after you die) & defining your worthy items (daily or needed items such as clothing, dishes, etc.). He, naturally, also emphasizes (as he does in every book or tv program he's on) that you have a finite amount of space & you can't physically fit more stuff into a set amount of space.

My biggest contribution is being able to see, feel and know that wonderful relationships are possible in challenging personal and business situations. I help you create your own wonderful relationships by helping you have those important conversations that build your relationships. I also disliked the girls’ parents less here than in canon timeline. Just saying. Separating Anna and Elsa was less their fault here. What I love about this book is that it offers a practical, step-by-step approach to managing anxiety and stress. The specific instructions provided have helped me to stop worrying about things I can't control, manage challenging situations with ease, and turn off the thoughts that used to keep me awake at night. Mental Health Matters (MHM)offers a telephone counselling service and talking therapies in some areas. Great relationships do require information, attention, time and commitment to the challenge of creating them.I know I’m strong enough to handle whatever comes at me because the challenges I had experienced made me a better person, including…
