It was nice to be able to hammer something out that sounded vaguely like what one hears on classic fm. If the type face size of the music had been reduced by only 1-2% this would have made the all the difference. Islands is the first time that all of his best known material is available on one album, along with new track "The Earth Prelude".So, between us uncultured folk who can’t run with the orchestral crowd, is Islands a recommendation? Fantastic book full of wonderful pieces - my 7 year old son spent his pocket money on this book and is working his way though the book.
