Description

Products bearing this symbol have been evaluated in the US by a medical expert to certify that they do not possess more than the allowable level of materials toxic to humans, and hae received certification from ACMI(Art & Creative Materials Institute) in regard to material safety. The pen sports a cap that snaps on securely and has a sturdy metal clip. The needle point tip is fine and precise. It’s reinforced with metal, but be sure to use a light hand with Micron pens. Pressing down too hard can break the tip or cause ink to squirt out. Finer tip sizes like 003 or 005 require extra caution to prevent the tip from bending and becoming unusable. Not recommended for use on fabrics intended to be washed and not evaluated for cosmetic use on skin

Like the Pigma Brush Pen, the Pigma Professional Brush Pen has a consistent, generous flow that makes everything from crisp hairlines to bold downstrokes. It has a “bouncy” feel and retains its shape over time. The smooth, plastic body is lightweight and comfortable to hold. Though it doesn’t have a clip, small nubs on the cap prevent the pen from rolling away. The medium and bold tips are quite soft, while the fine tip has a firmer construction. Sizes Pigma® ink, invented by Sakura over 30 years ago, continues to be the most reliable permanent ink on the market today. Artists, consumers, the government, and scientists consider Pigma Micron® a necessary basic tool for any archival-quality, handwritten project. Your favorite archival fineliners are now available in COOL GRAY & LIGHT COOL GRAY pigment ink, with endless layering effects in 4 nib sizes: The Pigma Sensei Drawing Pen was designed to bring budding manga ideas to life. The pens are slightly lighter than standard Microns so they’re comfortable to hold for long drawing sessions. Some pens are available individually, but special sets include pen assortments and 0.7 mm mechanical pencils. They’re particularly handy for those who want to sample different Pigma pens but aren’t sure where to start. Type

The Pigma Brush Pen has a flexible felt tip which mimics the feel of a real bristle brush. It responds to changes in pressure and direction to produce varying line widths, which is suitable for both illustrators and calligraphers. The tip is both soft and long, so letterers will need to write larger than normal to create legible strokes. Additionally, the generous ink flow creates a wet line that needs additional time to dry. Type A reliable drawing pen beloved around the world. Introduced in 1982 as the pioneer of water-based pigment ink pen. Depending on the amount of pressure applied to the tip, it can create a 0.4 mm or 0.5 mm line. Micron PN pens work on most surfaces, including paper, wood, glass, and plastic. They apply most vibrantly and permanently on paper surfaces, so they are excellent for professional illustrations and everyday notes. Like with the standard Microns, the XSDK and ESDK Microns differ only in body color.
