Utahraptor, maybe in an alternate timeline I'm being less of a jerk right now, but that's just rampant speculation, okay?" Form the front of the tank by connect the tabs on the front panel to the corresponding slots on the front treads.

Swing each lower leg out, then swing it up and snap it into place to form the rear half of the tank treads. Part of the second assortment of Go-Bots, this version of Megatron is a mild redeco of the Autobot Blowout, transforming into a 1:64-scale Porsche 959 sports car with through-axle construction. This not only makes him roll exceptionally fast in car mode, but also makes him largely compatible with playsets from the "Hot Wheels" and "Matchbox" toy-car lines. Part of Hasbro's Platinum Edition offerings for 2016 intended to commemorate the 30th anniversary of The Transformers: The Movie, this Megatron is another redeco of the Classics Voyager toy. Megatron features a new and significantly different deco for the sake of gun safety laws. The sides of his gun mode are entirely cast in clear red plastic, his arms are a different shade of red plastic and there is red paint on the legs as well–in addition to the bright orange parts on both the tip of the barrel and the scope, just like the Classics figure. Whether by design or by accident, his deco strongly resembles the Toys"R"Us exclusive Nerf " Sonic Fire" color scheme. This mold was retooled into Blitzwing, and redecoed into Street Fighter II × Transformers Megatron [ Vega]. Megatron would have been redecoed/retooled into Gutcruncher with a new Titan Master face for Doomshot as part of the "Action on Hydrus Four" boxset for BotCon 2017 that never came to be.War for Cybertron "G2" Megatron is a fun figure. If you managed to keep yourself from buying Siege Megatron several times over I think you will get more mileage out of this figure. I really dig the deco and it really helps set it apart from many of the Megatron figures released in recent years. That said, the deco just falls short of being amazing and it does feel like a lost opportunity. Recommended, espeically if you do not have Earthrise Megatron. Harness the power of Energon with the Transformers: Legacy Core G2 Universe Megatron robot toy! His ruthless leadership, military intelligence, and relentless drive makes Megatron one of the most feared bots in Cybertronian history.

While this is his better mode, it's not really an impressive robot mode. The size could be impressive if he wasn't so simple. The shoulder cannon is the highlight, and while it's nice, there are lots of other Transformers with similar launchers that have more happening other than projectiles. The toy suffers from a number of unusual shortcomings, and proved a rather hefty shelfwarmer. Notably, due to a large number of design flaws, it is known to fall apart very easily, with the crotch coming undone with minimal force and the arms and legs often popping off over the course of basic transformation or even movement. In particular, the lower body is attached to the torso by very thin open clips, unsuited for holding up the weight of entirely die-cast legs, and the lower arms, which need to be pulled out, are extremely liable to disconnect from their balljoints rather than extending properly. Many of the joints are also extremely loose, owing to both poor construction and the excessive weight of the limbs. Much like most 2020 Selects products, the toy is only branded as part of the War for Cybertron Trilogy and not Earthrise.

The world’s first transparent display

This mold was also used to make Timelines Deathsaurus. In addition to being Megatron's body in Dawn of the Predacus, the BotCon 2016 toy was also used as Megatron's Beast Upgrade body in Beast Wars: Uprising. This mold also served as the model for the non-toy Beast Wars: Uprising incarnation of Megatron and was retooled into Generations Combiner Wars Legends Class Warpath.

Not initially released in Japan, this sculpt only got a TakaraTomy release six years later when it was redecoed into " Tank Megatron" for TakaraTomy's United toyline. The toy still retains the opening panels on its forearms, despite no longer featuring the large missiles they are designed to store. All this color really highlights how this is a good headsculpt, with a mean mug, and nice colorful eyes. I particularly like the sculpted lines on his face. It’s good stuff, and it looks nice and vibrant with its silver helmet, lavender face, and red eyes. This mold might have been planned for a redeco into Sports Label Starscream, but that's a bit vague. As the Masterpiece Optimus Prime mold has been has re-released multiple times, so too has Megatron. He was made available again without changes as an accessory for Takara's MP-4, " Convoy Perfect Edition" and MP-1L, " Convoy Last Production", and Hasbro's " DVD Edition", but has also been redecoed several times: these distinct new versions of Megatron are listed below. Though designated for release in the first quarter of 2019, Megatron's wave reached U.S. store shelves in late 2018. I have fewer accessories than the other one while being more nostalgic, I'm just as difficult to transform, but your money is in your hands right now, oh whatever shall you do?
