Huda's Inspo:As Huda's own beauty journey has evolved, so has her skin. The results from using WISHFUL left her skin looking brighter, smoother and more even than ever before! It wasn’t until she launched Wishful — her skincare brand that dropped right before the pandemic — that she began pivoting to a more natural aesthetic. “If I’m being honest about the beauty industry, we’ve gotten to a point where it just never ends. You have to cover up your face, you need higher cheekbones, you have to add Photoshop and Facetune,” she says. “I [started] to feel a little bit like I was doing something wrong when I was [altering] my images. It felt like it was almost a little dirty — something didn’t feel right about it.” Kattan added that in 2019, she began visiting a doctor once a month to remove her fillers. “You don’t remove filler by just pulling it out; you burn it out. It’s so painful,” she says. Even though it gave decent coverage, it didn’t cover up some blemishes on the skin that a full-coverage product would have dealt with easily. This is largely because it’s a skin tint, not a foundation. We wouldn’t usually expect a tinted moisturiser to cover up blemishes so, on one hand, this criticism feels a little harsh. As an oily skin type, we probably won’t be using this on a regular basis and certainly not in place of our regular foundation. Two facts that make the price of this skin tint a little hard to swallow. Last week I revealed to you guys our biggest launch of 2021, AKA GloWish! I applied about two pumps of the product to my face and blended it using Glowish's Airbrush Finish Brush. Shade 7: Tan Light

Our new GloWish MultiDew Skin Tint has been a true gamechanger for me! It is SO much more than a tinted moisturizer, and that’s why I literally wear this every time I’m not in full glam – even then, I love to add a pump of MultiDew to my foundation for a glow boost! Skin care-meets-make up, Huda Beauty’s GloWish Multidew Skin Tint harnesses skin-loving ingredients to plump and brighten while near-sheer pigments lend a luminous, dewy finish. However, if you have dull, dry skin this will likely be a dream product and will be more than worth the money. What’s more, the consistency of this skin tint means a little goes a long way, and it can be used in multiple ways; mixed with foundation, as a highlighter, as a light bronzer for your body in place of fake tan.

As a result, we found our oily T-zone was emphasised more by the GloWish skin tint, rather than reduced. Not ideal. At the end of a hot day, we ended up looking a little like a disco ball, but if used on dull dry skin we imagine this will be a dream. We can especially imagine this will look great on older skin because it does make your complexion look more youthful. On her days off from caking, baking and setting, she's all about embracing the skin she's in. What to Look for in Skin Tints Ingredients It leaves your skin with a dewy finish, without creating a flat shine—there’s dimension to the glow. The tint doubles as a sunscreen, which is both efficient and impressive, but at 30, the SPF is a little lower on the scale if you prefer to opt for stronger sun protection. That being said, complexion products shouldn't be the only line of defense against UV rays anyway, so this isn't a make-or-break detail.
