It's scary and having to refer to foundation recipes at beginning of book to learn how to activate dried nuts,seeds and groats is stressful.

However, Henrietta Inman does note that although these recipes avoid highly processed, refined sugars, they should still be eaten in moderation.However, I advocate for this podcast as a wonderful way to become more knowledgeable about the world around us. This isn’t just a cookbook, but a text book of information on all sorts of alternative ingredients for the key baking ingredients: dairy, sugar, and gluten. There’s a recipe to meet all types of dietary preferences including low-sugar, keto, vegan, gluten-free, and paleo. This unctuous cashew cream is perfect served with any of my Clean Cakes, plus it is the base of some icings(frostings), ‘yogurts’ and raw cakes.
