I found the story to be very well told, there was a lot of characters to keep up with but on the whole I thoroughly enjoyed it. Passengers, crew, and experts on the ground become heroes out of necessity to try to avert tragedy at the 11th hour.

Every character was etched clearly, giving me their emotions and information about their personal lives. With apologies to anyone who disagrees but rarely have I felt this negatively about any book in my entire life .Still recovering from her husband’s death, she’s forced to deal with a new threat in her own aircraft — and there’s only so much she can handle. While she didn’t use too much description, she showed enough for the reader create an image, and I think that’s the best an author can do. It’s something that happens to you, an accindent of circumstance, and you become a hero without ever meaning to. So did this best-selling author of romantic fiction and chick-lit succeed in turning it into a genuine suspense thriller as it is currently listed? There is so much mystery revolving around a flight from New York to San Francisco each page is building upon who is responsible that I could not stop reading.

This story is perfect and sad and keeps you wanting to read, even when you should put the book down and go bed. Rather than a constant flow of elaborate sentences and trick imagery, we get a straight forward story that anyone can pick up and read, and enjoy.
