You can feel it a bit, depending on how much you’ve used. It’s pretty comfortable and moisturizing though. The finish is more silky matte than I expected, but of course still gives a bright yet subtle Korean-style glow. Being more matte than my usual choices makes it a perfect option for the days (and evenings in particular) when I want a ‘foundation’ finish, compared to the dewier (is that even a word?!) look of my BB creams/cushions. I appreciate having a different type of product in my stash. I can, as always, only comment on my own results with my normal/combination skin type. I also think my idea of ‘matte’ is pretty skewed. I’ve been using Korean products for over two years and matte doesn’t really exist. Therefore in Korean terms, this is a matte product, in global terms, I’d say a semi-matte product. The photo on the left shows my finished make up (including the Jung Saem Mool Artist Contour Palette!) in the window spot, and the photo on the right, same make up in my bathroom lighting. It really does produce a radiant blend! You can’t see it very well in my picture, but it’s an all gold compact with mirror effect. It is very pretty and quite “bling”.

The compact of the Layering Cover Cushion is bigger than the one from the Neo Matte, so it doesn’t fit. A little different from the others as it’s oval, like a pretty pebble. It’s also rose gold. It’s a very pretty compact! It has a pretty innovative concept, it’s a 2-in-1 product/ foundation + concealer.Since I was there, I figured it was now or never to try more cushions and I guess you could say my collection fever started at this moment 😆 The compact itself is a smooth rectangular shape, and lighter to hold than I expected. It has a magnetic clasp on the closing, and so far (bear in mind it’s been almost permanently in my handbag since I received it, I’ve been using it so much), there are no scratches on the case.

This is my favorite long-wearing “flawless skin” cushion! it’s not the most natural looking cushion I have, the result looks like you’re wearing makeup, but I really like this “flawless complexion” effect and its velvety semi-matte finish that is very flattering for my combination skin. It’s simple, every time I wear it, I get compliments! This cushion is a gem and I can understand why it has its fans! For me, it’s a must-have. You can feel it a little more on the skin than other cushions, but overall, it’s still pretty lightweight and comfortable to wear for a cushion with a high coverage finish. Pretty nice. You can feel it a little bit but for me, it still gives quite a bit of comfort, so it’s pretty nice. Anti-aging and brightening niacinamide, anti-aging adenosine, purifying and soothing propolis and calming wheat germ extract.Decent. It’s not the most mattifying, and I have to blot a little of shine throughout the day but nothing dramatic.
