She’s been in love with this guy Chase for six years, but from what we get to see of him, I can’t figure out why. their first encounter with each other when noah missed the catch and the ball hit ari in the back of the head. And I noticed that Meagan Brandy’s writing style has improved a lot since the last time I’ve read a book of hers and I’m very proud of her for that!

I haven’t read a book that made me feel so intense, sad, wrecked, in love, happy and complete in a very long time. i’m scared to pick up another book because i just don’t know how i’ll find the feeling that this book gave me…i know it will happen, but in this moment i fear that it’s impossible. so I looked up the characters and sure enough, she had written other books about them (Tender Hearts series).i was smiling, i was giggling, i was laughing, i was crying, i was ugly sobbing…guys i was feeling it ALL and to go back to the beginning and read this book for very first time again will forever be a dream.

SIDE EYE💀i will never move on from this book, this is the standard that i will hold all my future books i read to. The angst was insane, my heart got shot to smithereens more times than once, but amongst all the emotional angst was such a profound feeling of love for our hero, he was everything I seek in my book characters, steady, hot, caring, he went above and beyond for our heroine.MY ONLY NEGATIVE: The writing could be better, the only face people would do it’s a frown and smile. Something about this book spoke to every part of me and I immediately became so attached to the characters and the story. Now there's a new man in my life, one who isn't afraid to go after what he wants, and what he wants. I need you to know that as much as you’re hurting right now, as much as you’ve been, that there is a man out there who is hurting just as fucking much, with every breath he takes.
