Permanent white color: If you want any one of these: white, warm white, cool white color, and Red, Green, and Blue, RGBW is the perfect option. For this, remember purchasing RGBW for white, RGBWW for warm white, and RGBCW for cool white. It is a more costly option than RGB but cheaper than the RGB-CCT LED strip. Bluetooth LED controllers are compatible with all LED strips. Connect the Bluetooth controller to your strip, and you can easily control the lighting with your phone. You’ll always find that when referring to these kinds of LEDs that there are plenty of acronyms and terms that you may not be familiar with. To briefly explain, ‘RGB’ lights are red green and blue light chips that can be used to create a range of colours from the entire colour spectrum. The varying intensities of each colour can make for a huge range of visual effects and lighting looks. ‘CCT’ LEDs stand for correlated colour temperature and allow the user to cycle between the varying colour temperatures you’ll find in white lights. Combining both of these acronyms gives you RGB CCT lighting which can give you more colour light variant options than ever before! Our RGB+CCT LED Lighting Range Wiring an RGB and RGB + W strip light has a slight difference. If an RGB strip light has four outputs (red, blue, green, and power), an RGB + W has five (red, blue, green, white and power). As for the controls, they both have the same varieties but are prescribed for each type. So, there are RGB remote control and receiver and a specified RGBW remote control and receiver. Some controls have combined both, like an RGB or RGBW wall controller and other smart controlling devices.

In the installation, there’s not a lot of difference between the two types of strips. When it comes to controls, an RGB + W is slightly more complex to manage since there are extra functions. Nonetheless, once you have it all programmed, it’s smooth sailing from there! Warm White LED Light – producing much more of an orange and yellow hue, this colour of light will certainly inject some more warmth into any environment. Some of our single colour LEDs come with ‘Very Warm’ and ‘Ultra Warm’ LED bulbs for a shade that’s a little more intense. This warmer colour is perfect for a cosier ambience or a more relaxed environment. Budget: RGB is the cheapest of the three among RGB, RGBW, and RGB-CCT. Also, RGB allows a comprehensive color combination facility. So, if you are running low on budget, RGB is the best option. LED strip controller is a crucial component to consider while installing a LED strip. The controller works as the switch of the strips. Moreover, the color changing and dimming are all controlled by it. Another reason for using RGBWW LED strip is that if you ever get bored of the reds and blues etc you can switch to a cleaner, true warm white at the touch of a button. The ultimate in LED tape, a combined RGB (colour changing) and CCT adjustable LED strip tape. Unleashing the full colour spectrum of red, green and blue with colour temperature adjustable effects in 1 LED tape. The colour temperature can be adjusted from an ultra warm 2400K to daylight 6500K and anything in-between. Cool White LED Light - a colder and more brilliant white light, cool whites are a popular choice for kitchens, cabinets and showrooms – places where you really want to show off every detail. If you want an icy white lighting colour to illuminate you feature wall or architectural centrepiece, then there are plenty of styles and shades available in our collection of LEDs. We strive to provide the very best LED lighting tape for our customers. If you are using our products to light your home, business or architectural space, then we want to make sure that the lights themselves, as well as the light they produce, look their very best. With our LED tapes it's never been easier to get your perfect LED colour temperature. Here is the range of white colours you can expect to get from our range of colour temperature lighting. We’ve included some details on what the LED lighting colours options can do for you wherever you choose to set them up.

RGBCCT is the best option for adjustable white color LEDs. This LED strip allows you to choose different shades of white. You can choose from a warm to cool tone of white, each of which will give a different outlook. RGBCCT is excellent because it combines all the functions or combinations of RGB, RGBW, and RGBWW in it. So, no doubt it is a better option. But these advanced features also make it expensive compared to the other LED strips. Color Changing Option An RGBW gives pure/accurate white lighting. In contrast, the white of RGBWW gives a warm (yellow) tone.

An RGB + W strip light may outrank an RGB strip since it’s much more flexible and the selection is broader. Although it’s more expensive, the RGB + W strip comes with a wider set of installation and upgraded functionality. CCT indicates Correlated Color Temperature. It allows CW (cold white) to WW(warm white) color-adjustable options. That is, RGBCCT is a 5-in-1 chip LED, where there are three diodes of RGB along with two diodes for white (cold and warm white). The RGBCCT led strip is also called RGBWW led strip light, which is understood as: the first W stands for White Color and the second W stands for Warm White color. Yet, the color-producing capability of RGB depends on your controller type. An intelligent controller allows mixing options to create your desired color in the strips.
