OMG, this was even better than I had hoped. What I had expected (given the cover): lots of gorgeous space photography as we travel our universe. Instead we travel the universe with a sweet girl, her dog, and absolutely stunning illustrations!

The elaboration of her experience before getting to the main point was so long. It could be cut off a lot with good editing. The book's format is also not my liking for a self-help book. Glow in the Dark: Voyage Through Space by Katy Flint is a gorgeously illustrated, fact & theory filled book, certain to enchant all elementary-aged budding scientists and those children eager to read "all the space books." Bonus points for this book for having a girl character as the astronaut! That's something STEM-loving little girls will absolutely not miss and will love! note: this book is still incredible popular, it’s just an underrated gem compared to the other two.Overall, this book is a miss for me. However, I truly believe I am not the right person for this book, and I hope it will reach the correct audience widely. It was inspiring when the author approached the serious healing topics in a funny and lighthearted way, but I felt that the author was trying so hard to be funny in some parts, and I could not bring myself to like it. I just wish I could see the Glow in the Dark poster (and in real life or else it wouldn't work of course).

But what if you could make a connection instantly, effortlessly engaging your audience every time you introduced yourself and the work that you do, be it on stage, at work or on a podcast? This book is a great addition to bookshelves, whether in the classroom, library, or in a kid's bedroom. Each planet (or belt) has a short story and all sorts of fun facts spread around the illustrations. Some facts were a bit hard to read, but generally they were easily readable (sometimes they were in a box).When I was reading this book, I was actively comparing it to the show itself because I thought it would help me be able to review this book even better. I just found out today that they adapted the episodes to read to children before bed. As Tara explains, healing is not a linear process and you can’t hustle your way through life. But, if you are: From helping you land bigger media opportunities, generate more leads for your business or attract top talent, Glow in the Dark is a refreshingly practical and thought provoking book on why everyone has a powerful story worth telling, and how owning and sharing your story can have a transformative impact on your life and business beyond your wildest imagination. The tour's plot was Kanye crashing onto a planet and exploring it, during which he even encounters a monster built by Jim Henson's workshop.

Come explore with the girl and her dog as we travel from the sun (hot hot hot) to the last one, the Kuiper Belt (which features Pluto). I loved finding the girl in the illustrations, sometimes she was quite tiny so you had to look around. I loved that she at times, if the planet allowed it, was seen stepping on the planet. And at times she was just sitting and relaxing on an asteroid. Some takeaways are that West has long been tuned in to tons of artists, designers, etc. To have it documented here, just further proves that West is always an artist ahead of his time, using Daft Punk, having Pharrell (in N.E.R.D.) and in the moment having Rhianna (going third, right before Kanye) on tour, not to mention having Spike Jonze involved. (Lupe Fiasco opened.) He is a man with reverence for talent. He is a man who likes to be heavily involved in the conception and design of things he attaches his name to, including this tour. Tara brings acceptance, compassion, joy, and sometimes even laughter to some of the most difficult subjects of life. I love the way that she speaks to her reader as if you are her best friend and she is sitting in the room with you, holding your hand and helping you cope with whatever it is you may be going through. But listen. It's all part of being your best you. And, truly, it's all going to come out at some point, so you might as well manage this shit.
