We have just returned from a much-needed R&R week at Secrets Lanzarote. As seasoned travellers, in our opinion, a hotel’s most important asset is its staff. We are fortunate to receive some wonderful guests, many of whom return every year. Some repeating guests even make twice or thrice yearly visits. They have become our other family. Our travellers feel safe and secure with us, and we welcome all with open arms. What a truly wonderful tribute to our hotel. Also, shoutout to Mar in the secrets pool area. She is the sweetest waitress and really made sure we were taken care of while laying by the pool. We never knowingly wish to disappoint our guests in any way and our apologies are profuse should we do so. One annoyance can colour a whole enjoyment of your stay so we do work to ensure a seamless delivery of our services as far as we are able.
