I tried it because of the Parma Violet sweets comparisons, but this is not anything like that to me.But to my delight, it really is a lovely fragrance, a sweet woody fresh juicy floral, nothing groundbreaking but it is really nice and so affordable. When I was driving to work this morning I could not even begin to discern what kind of notes this contained, nothing suggested itself to me except 'chemicals'.

Top notes are Apple and Citruses; middle notes are White Flowers and Cinnamon; base notes are Vanilla, Vetiver and Musk.Ted Baker opens up with refreshing sweet tangerine, crisp apple, peach, lemon and bergamot with a hint of rum then moves onto summer garden of ylang-ylang, jasmine, cinnamon, freesia and lily. There is a touch of vanilla at the beginning and of course the drydown, but it's not overly sweet, so that's a good thing. It is pleasant enough I suppose, light and not overly sweet, but far too underwhelming to capture my imagination.

Ted Baker fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Julie Pluchet, Alain Astori, Sophie Labbe and Jean-Charles Niel. Was bought this as a Christmas present and would never have brought this for myself as not really a fan of Ted Baker however, for some weird reason I fell in love with this scent.

I realise I've got musk on the brain (it is my favourite note of all), and that it's so ubiquitous that it often isn't explicitly listed if it isn't particularly prominent in the fragrance; but in this case it is just utterly absurd not to list it!
