We find it very fitting that the building we have chosen for our gin palace to call home, started life as a bank. We cannot be missed on Hotel Street with our floor to roof pillars guarding our main entrance.

The Gin School offers the perfect opportunity to learn the art of Gin distillation and to create a unique and personalised bottle of craft distilled Gin, whilst enjoying the company of your friends or colleagues over a few Burleighs G&T’s in the process!
