Gilded Gin® is produced within a romantic setting in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, benefitting from soft and pure Scottish water during distillation. The recipe is completely bespoke and the alcohol has been developed from scratch. Our new release Sunset Citrus is inspired by the beautiful ruby red sunsets over the gin-clear waters of the River Test. We have brought together the zesty citrus flavours of pink grapefruit and pomelo with the subtle sweetness of rosehip to create a uniquely refreshing gin and tonic. Calling it ‘smooth’ doesn’t go far enough. This is like a sliver of silk gliding down your throat, coating your whole insides with lashings of warmth. I felt like Shirley Eaton in Goldfinger as I drank this, as if I was being coated in gold (she didn’t die during the filming of the infamous gold paint scene, by the way).
