If you have sensitive skin or are unsure how sensitive your skin is, you may want to test Freederm Gel on a small area of skin 24 hours before using it on larger areas. Depending on how sensitive your skin tends to be, it may be a good idea initially to test the gel on a small area, and wait 24 hours before using it on larger areas. It is important that you read and follow the instructions provided on the packaging and in the leaflet provided with this product. You can now fight the causes of acne by cleansing thoroughly and then follow this with a soothing treatment to calm inflammation.

I read your (v brave) post about your experience with acne and I really feel for you, I had it very badly and still get outbreaks! When I use this on my forehead I look like a warning weather report for snow, it becomes so flaky and dry. it's amazing – rather than bringing a spot to a head it seems to just stop it in its tracks and gradually shrink it.

But I found it no good for long term treatment and it definitely can't do much when your acne is severe, although to be fair it is only advertised as for the treatment for mild to moderate inflamed acne. Continual pressure from headbands, tight bra straps and collars can cause spots in those areas of skin. but I was also excited to try this new overnight clearing serum, especially as I couldn't resist due to Superdrug having 3 for 2 on all Clearasil and Freederm products and plus I could use my student NUS card to save more! This gel contains nicotinamide which is an anti-inflammatory ingredient, perfect for those pesky spots resembling mount Everest or other various mountains. Malaria can often be avoided using the ABCD approach to prevention Awareness of risk, Bite prevention Check whether you need malaria prevention tablets (available below).Altogether i would recommend it to people with small amount of spots but for people with a fair amount of spots i don't think this is the right product for us. With the latest developments in Freederm skin care treatments and remedies, it's not all that hard to bid farewell to blemishes, acne, and spots. I’m not a particularly spotty person so wouldn’t be able to say but sometimes at one point in the month I may get one or two and I haven’t seen those in a while.
