A high test result is a sign of inflammation. It may be due to serious infection, injury or chronic disease. Your health care provider may recommend other tests to determine the cause. Mind that this is the bottom of the rice cooker; when everything is assembled again, it will be upside down. But it is a tight fit and looks stable enough to me.
