Next-level your bath game with our Vagus Nerve Bath Oil, loaded with essential oils that help soak away the stress of the day. If your skin is extra dry, pour in a healthy dose of our Gigartina Therapy Bath for a fizzy experience that’s truly relaxing. This special concoction features Gigartina Seaweed, which contains minerals that help to soften and hydrate skin. Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids as well as vitamins A and C, making it a great option for preventing and treating scars, tightening pores, and promoting collagen synthesis in the skin. Mutha Body Oil is your best bet if you're a fan of rosehip. Undaria seaweed: This marine ingredient replenishes the moisture barrier and improves overall skin health. Marine-Based Formulas: OSEA Skincare utilizes marine ingredients like seaweed and algae in their formulations. These ingredients are known for their hydrating, nourishing, and skin-balancing properties.

Marine-Based Formulas: OSEA Skincare harnesses the power of marine ingredients such as seaweed, algae, and other sea minerals. These marine botanicals are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, providing nourishing and revitalizing benefits for the skin. From CBD body oils formulated to provide a bit of relief to strongly scented oils that’ll layer under your perfume for a long-lasting aroma to glow oils that leave the skin pearlescent and sun-kissed, here are 23 I absolutely love and recommend. Aloe Vera: Aloe vera is a well-known soothing and hydrating ingredient used in many OSEA Skincare products. It helps calm irritated skin, reduce inflammation, and deliver hydration without feeling heavy or greasy. What it claims: This floral-scented scrub is made with pink Himalayan sea salt, shea butter, and avocado oil among other ingredients. Osea claims the salt scrub will exfoliate and remove roughness, leaving smooth skin. Osea doesn’t suggest how often to use the scrub, but recommends using it on your hands as well as your body. The body scrub comes in a 12-ounce plastic jar.

As with most body oils, Osea infused several nourishing, naturally derived oils and extracts into this product, including the brand's signature seaweed. A few standouts are as follows: Hydrating and Nourishing Formulations: OSEA Skincare products are known for their hydrating and nourishing properties. They aim to restore and maintain the skin’s moisture balance, promoting a healthy and radiant complexion.

Body oil and lotion are better together: For best results, apply body oil on top of your regular body lotion immediately after showering while the skin is still slightly damp. Dry skin doesn’t stand a chance against this hydrating duo. Choose something that appeals to your senses or suits your mood. Similarly, you could try a zingy citrus blend during the day, and something soothing (like lavender) at night. Because this uses chemical exfoliants instead of physical, the cleanser doesn’t have a gritty, scrub-like texture, but I still saw exfoliating effects in the form of my pores appearing smaller. However, I used it in tandem with two Osea serums, which may have also contributed to these results. Multi-Functional Products: Many OSEA Skincare products serve multiple purposes, offering versatility and convenience in skincare routines. For example, some products can be used as cleansers, masks, or moisturizers, streamlining your skincare regimen. Launching in 1996 to nurture well-being with naturally-derived ingredients, the brand was born in Jenefer’s kitchen and soon after manifested into a successful business in the luxury skincare realm.White lupin flower: This ingredient promotes firm, youthful-looking skin by improving contouring and elasticity. Olive oil contains vitamins A, D, K, and E, as well as naturally occurring squalane that seals in hydration and prevents trans-epidermal water loss. It's best used for normal to dry and dehydrated skins. Oui the People Hydrating Body Gloss offers a generous dose of squalane. If body oils are not yet a part of your daily skincare routine, we suggest changing that sooner rather than later. We’re not saying you should eliminate lotions and creams from your line-up entirely, but rather that oil can be an excellent and useful addition and/or occasional substitute in your moisturizing M.O. “Lotions are formulated to hydrate, moisturize and sometimes heal the skin,” explains New York-based esthetician, Drew Jones. “But, I find using body oil enhances [these] results. I like to tell my clients it seals the deal. After applying, the skin will become more supple and just look better, [overall]. There’s so much emphasis on taking care of the face that clients often forget their body skin is just as important.” Often, one of the best things about applying body oil is the beautiful scent. Everyday Oil Mainstay has an unscented version, but if you like a more full-bodied fragrance, consider something like Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle Body Oil.

Natural and Sustainable: OSEA Skincare is committed to using natural and organic ingredients in their products. They prioritize sustainable and eco-friendly practices, including responsibly sourcing their marine-based ingredients.Herbal Extracts: OSEA utilizes herbal extracts like Calendula, Chamomile, and Green Tea to provide antioxidant protection, soothe the skin, and reduce inflammation. These botanical extracts can help promote a more balanced and calm complexion. Facial care might seem like it gets all the attention, but body care is an essential part of your skincare routine. Our line of body care products help to firm, smooth and leave skin silky-soft and glowing. Embrace the full you! There’s something about the way the best body oils luxuriously ooze into the skin and leave it nourished. Most lotions wish they could achieve that level of sheen. Sure, body lotion could never be replaced (in our hearts and vanities) because it’s a signature nourishment product, but oils are another great option to further moisturize your skin. This is the best hand cream hands down. I’m a hair colorist and have very dry hands between chemicals and water all day. After one night my hands were healing and looked smooth without the greasy feeling! Highly recommend this!”

The skin on the body is lower stakes than the skin on our face, but it’s still worth finding an oil blend that works for your concerns. Facialist and aesthetician Melanie Grant breaks down a few common oils for us:

What it claims: This serum claims to brighten the skin with vitamin C, smooth fine lines and wrinkles with niacinamide, and support the skin’s moisture barrier with ceramides from oat kernel extracts. The formula is available in a 1-ounce bottle and Osea recommends applying one to two pumps in the morning and at night. Sunflower seed oil: One of the most widely used plant oils in beauty products, sunflower oil can help replenish, strengthen, and soothe skin. The Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil is suitable for use on dry or damp skin. I chose to use it every morning after my showers, as I found that applying it over slightly wet skin made the product spread and absorb better. Unfortunately, the pump on my bottle malfunctioned and wouldn't open, so I had to remove it each time I used the product. Other than that issue, the application process was fairly easy and seamless.
