I have been working from home since November 2020 and I would definitely reccomend the use of a SAD therapy light for anyone really! Do not touch the device with wet hands while it is plugged in; do not allow any water to be sprayed onto the device. The lamp feels a bit flimsy but it’s incredibly lightweight weighing 321grams, with the stand, and made from plastic. Don’t expect immediate results, the effect of the lamp is cumulative so you should use it for at least 7 days, in the morning if possible.

However, the light only works once it's plugged into the mains, so you can only use the device if you are near a plug socket.
