Generally, a soap and water rinse is sufficient to fully rinse PRO CONTRACTORS SOLVENT out of the porous surface after it has successfully removed the stain. (On non-porous and lightly-porous surfaces, only water is usually required as a rinse.) For tougher applications such as caulk, silicone and hardened floor adhesives,let sit 10-25 minutes before wiping. KEEP MOIST WITH INTERMITTENT SPRAYING and determine timing of bond release. Once determined, apply in necessary volume according to size of surface area. De-Solv-it consumer products are developed and tested with industry professionals before emerging as a household product. Once these products have passed the rigors of customers such as Disney®, Holland America Line®, Marriott® and more, we allow them for home and expanded professional use. Some versions of De-Solv-it products clean everything from gum in household carpet to residue on massive earth movers with no harmful vapors or hazardous components .Before reapplying new adhesive to cleaned surface, make sure CONTRACTORS SOLVENT is rinsed and removed thoroughly, with water, or mild soap and water, and dry. Laundry Remove as much of the ‘glossy’ part of the label, adhesive residue or chewing gum without harming the surface. Please note that, by itself and unlike abrasive cloths, Pro Contractors’ Solvent WILL NOT ETCH PLASTIC as it is non-abrasive, non-corrosive and will not harm most water tolerant surfaces including dry paint, clear coats and glass. PRO CONTRACTORS’ SOLVENT is a stronger version of CITRUS SOLUTION, removing even tougher challenges including caulk, cured silicone, water seal, roofing tar, asphalt and fresh expanding insulation foam. Can I use CITRUS SOLUTION to remove protective paper adhesive to clear acrylic plexiglass? +LAUNDRY SAVER will remove much of what CITRUS SOLUTION removes but targets more specific protein, grease, oil, mustard and even baby-related stains. CITRUS SOLUTION and LAUNDRY SAVER are wonderful complements to each other as they collectively remove over 95% of the tougher household and laundry stains you may encounter...EVEN AFTER THE DRYER.
