My cat has overgroomed and scratched for years. I tried everything from expensive allergy tests/steroids/anti histamines etc at the vets to eliminating various foods all to absolutely no avail. I bought a product for my cat Anicura cat gel for cats with dry, itchy skin, as it contains natural oils etc..I applied as per instruction, massaging gently afterwards. My cat was scratching even more after this treatment.I have a German Shepherd who suffers with hotspots. Part of our management plan involves washing him regularly. The Anicura shampoo and conditioner are great for this as they are all natural and not too strong for such frequent washing as well as containing ingredients to combat the itchiness. Hope you can get regular supplies in.
