Honeybunn32 What's happened to the texture I've bought this balm twice before, I like the smell and it is effective. However I bought the product again in January and started using it a couple of weeks ago, the texture of this tub is awful, lots of white gritty lumps that do not melt away when warmed in the hands and you need to be very careful not to get it into your eyes. I think another reviewer has mentioned the gritty lumps. Could M&S let me know if this is a new formulation or a faulty batch. Wouldn't buy again if it's a new formulation. Three stars for quality due to the gritty texture.
