Her books include Humble by Nature, Friend for Life, Thinking on My Feet, A Year of Living Simply and Home Cooked. Having read all of Kate Humbles books I’m no stranger to her beautiful language and wonderfully down to earth personality. The fact that it was also semi autobiographical at times talking about Kate growing up etc while I can see why some might like this, I don’t want to see read this in a cook book.

Put in the oven and cook for about 1 hour and 10 minutes if you want your lamb to be pink (it is so much nicer when it is) or for longer if you want it cooked through.
