If you want a bag that doesn't look like a camera bag or prefer to make your own DIY solutions, they're worth a look.

That is not how you engage with people, and if you're doing it on purpose, then you are guilty of rhetorical fallacies. Read on; maybe I’ll come up with some petty nit-pick, but honestly, that’s all it would be–a petty nit-pick. Better still, it offers all the desirable features you’ll find on its more expensive Sony FE 85mm F1.You posted examples of people who said it worked great, and I posted examples of people who said it didn't, so it a MIXED RESULT. Also, in Christopher Frost Photography's review on Youtube, he mentions that 30% of his pictures are miss-focused with the new 85 Art. suffers from a high amount of complex pincushion distortion, a trade off it shares with the Viltrox 1.

This short telephoto prime lens is comprised of 14 elements in 12 groups and features a rounded 9 blade diaphragm which creates an attractive blur to the out of focus areas of the image. DN, make low-light high-speed action photography a possibility, as long as 85mm is right for what you’re doing; it may very well be that you’re better off with either a 70-200mm f/2. The main exception is the lack of built-in Vibration Reduction, although the very fast maximum aperture of f/1. Also owned 20-40mm Pentax zoom which was passable by capturing magical Mediterranean colours in my local travels.

At least as important as sharpness, and arguably more so for this class of lens, is the quality of bokeh (appearance of defocused areas within images).

In brighter conditions the lens locked onto subject’s eyes with little fuss, aided by the effective real-time Eye-AF on the Sony A7 III. Below are some additional comparisons (the difference in shutter speeds were to compensate for changing cloud coverage and available ambient light): Sigma 85mm f1. The Sigma even includes an aperture ring lock that the Sony lacks, and costs a fraction of what the G Master does. What was the focusing speed comparison of the two lenses on the Sony body, with either of the lens adapters used on the Sigma lens?
