Having a bloke with real life experience through the most macho of job titles show weakness in strength is one of the most refreshing things ive heard.

I bought this book as a present for my son and as my younger daughter showed an interest, she now has one also. He’s the kind of bloke who, after looking up to see what type of bird has pooed on his head, glances down to realise he’s just stood in dog crap. In simple terms he explains how we can attempt to see positivity in our life no matter what situation we are facing.Although it was simple and somewhat obvious at times, it made me realise that things don't need to be overly complex and sometimes you need that reminder of how to practice positivity as we often forget its significance. The world needs more honesty and humility, so I applaud his continued efforts to support and inspire a nation of people he's protected for years. What this book is for, however, is to give you the tools you need to become the best possible version of yourself, to own who and what you are, and to live your life with Zero Negativity. I enjoyed his wife's version and applaud both of them for not sugar coasting events which they talk about.

I also appreciate his candid honesty, his ability to admit mistakes, and his eager willingness to learn and to evolve. I can relate strongly to that as a place of self-awareness attained only through hard work and hard questions. This book shows the importance of positivity but would be nice for guidance on how to get there or achieve it yourself. I appreciated Ant's wife Emilie's thoughts especially on 'that' Instagram message during the early Covid-19 days (yes I thought as much) at least he admits his. First Man In focuses on Ants life, in The Fear Bubble we explored his soul, and here, finally, we have an in-depth analysis of his mindset and outlook on life.

I appreciated Ant's wife Emilie's thoughts especially on 'that' Instagram message during the early Covid-19 days (yes I thought as much) at least he admits his mistakes and takes a lesson from them. Being around people that give you energy is important and doing things that excite and challenge you and give you purpose is essential. Very grateful to have picked this up on a chance and am eager to read what else Ant has and gain that wisdom.

I've signed up for a personal trainer course off the back of this and would certainly recommend, albeit, with a slight pinch of salt for some of the more self-aggrandising moments! The weird paragraphs from his wife were the cherry on top of the cake - they felt so awkward and cringe worthy. At times it felt like Ant was trying to explain the inner workings of his mind and impart his lessons with it; how and why he reacts the way he does and the benefits/downfalls of it.

I'm a little more empathetic and a big picture thinker but I share a lot in common with Ant and his positive mindset. Found this book at just the right time I think, was recommended to me by a person who works as a counsellor and I found whilst I was doing a lot of what is suggested in the book, there’s other tips I can take on.

Letting you into areas of his life he's never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets. It's been one hell of a journey, and I can't wait to get my hands on your first fictional novel next year!still a decent listen, still entertaining and I still find ant a very interesting person that seems to have crammed multiple lifetimes into his 40years. I am always motivated by Ant's books and although a lot of what he says is stuff you know it's always good if you're having a bad day to see get up, brush teeth, put clothes on as positives to power you on. For most, this is a thoroughly enjoyable and positive read, for many, it will inspire and motivate you. after listening to the first two books by ant, I was really looking forward to this, however I hate to say I was slightly disappointed.
