There was a decision that Elliot made that almost lost me for good. No joke, but his grovel was pretty epic and some of the reveals at the end made up for it. They may have been a BIT too convenient but it is a romance after all.

I loved everything in this story, their banters at the beginning that were also present throughout the whole book, their chemistry and the pace of their relationship. I even laughed out loud in some scenes and there were also moments when I had tears in my eyes. This story gave made me fell so many things and made me swoon over how perfect Elliot is. He’s the guy that will give you the world and even more. I loved Kate so much, too. She was this perfect woman, confident one that didn’t let anyone stop her.Elliot's caution seriously didn't make sense to me. Even Christian Grey wasn't like that. It was way over the top.

I join a dating app under a fake name because I’m fed up with my love life. A man named Edgar and I start talking. Even though he’s not my type and lives on the other side of the world, we became friends, laugh together, and tell each other things. Drama for the sake of drama. There was a lot of unnecessary drama due to communication or preconceived thoughts. This was a fun, banter- and feeling-filled, sexy and steamy read, with characters that pulled me in and wouldn't let me go. I have recently discovered TL Swan’s books and have been devouring them! She has a way of telling a story that is refreshing and unique, and The Casanova is no different. I had a hard time realizing work Elliot was the same person as vacation Elliot. During work Elliot was super short, callous and rude. Outside of work we saw none of those traits unless he was throwing a temper tantrum (which seemed to mostly happen at work).

The last 25% are EVERYTHING. There's a plot twist that had me wanting to punch Elliot in his beautiful face. Part of me understood it, most of me did not. I found myself doubting this HEA, but I shouldn't have, because the ending was perfect. I won't say more about it, because I think it needs to be experienced (whether you love it or hate it will be up to you). For me, it was worth every minute. Swan delivers all the feels and so much more. I adored how Kate came across as the no-nonsense employee whose tolerance for her boss’s unrealistic expectations was questionable. She’s not just good, she’s the best—but beneath her work facade lies a stunningly beautiful and sensitive person. Much to Elliot’s charagin, he can’t stop thinking about the woman he’d chosen to ignore for years. And then the fun begins. Yeap, observing them rub each other up the wrong way made me giggle heartily!

I would not forgive...and they just said I love yous... So let just say Elliot is not my favorite Miles brother, and Yes you guess it right this wasn't my favorite one in the series... Speaking of Elliot… god do I DISLIKE him!! The first half of the book, he had me on my knees and I would’ve dropped everything for him in a heartbeat but after I’ve read about the first temper tantrum he had because Kate GOT flirted with and he decided to flirt WITH someone IN FRONT of her and she got mad about it and he didn’t like her being mad… oh did my liking towards him DROP! Tbf they weren’t officially together then so it could’ve been all good after that… Because as soon as I openly date someone, it’s all over the tabloids and whoever I’m seeing gets hounded by the press over the impending nuptials. Everything we do is scrutinized and splashed over every headline.” Disappointment fills me and I screw up my napkin and throw it onto the table in disgust. “I wish I was more like you,” I sigh. There's a moment where all the dots connect and my emotions went haywire. I still have no idea how I feel. I just feel empty. Elliot and Kate have done that to me. T L Swan has done this to me again!

HAS PUSHING AWAY FROM BOTH MANY TIMES BUT NEVER TOO MUCH THO OR TOO ANNOYING… Well sometimes i wish the heroine can push the hero away because of his childish behavior He denies there was any sex with the artist (though every time the subject comes up, there's such dramatic pausing I reserve the right to doubt), and keeps asserting that he had to meet the artist, to be sure, so he wouldn't spend a lifetime wondering "what if...?" Like the other Miles High Club books, the story is told from both Kathryn’s and Elliot’s POV. I love this because we really get a sense of how both characters are feeling throughout the story. Without giving away any spoilers, the twist at the end had me going for sure. I usually can predict big twists like that but I had not seen this one coming at all.Sure, when you are a rapist, Elliot! Or when you talked about this specific kink beforehand which wasn't the case, so... yeah, you do sound like a rapist. What I like about the book is Kate, she was bold knows what she wants, holds her conviction and made Elliot work for it. On the other hand, Elliot is a mystery. He was called a Casanova, but it didn’t show how he was as a passionate man towards a woman, but rather passionate with other things like the arts and fate. I hated his “what if” moment but I think he really regretted it. Elliot Miles and Kate have hated each other since they first met. But one day Elliot sees her dancing in the office and is instantly affected to her and becomes mildly obsessed, and is determined to have her. They start a “friends with benefits” like relationship but of course it can’t end there.
