Funko gives us a second Obi-Wan Kenobi series Darth Vader Funko Pop. This version has Vader wielding his signature red lightsaber The Obi-Wan series takes place 10 years so after the events of Revenge of the Sith. Taking place around 10 years after Revenge of the Sith (2005), Obi-Wan Kenobi is a spinoff dedicated to the Jedi master. Ewan McGregor reprises his role as Kenobi and headlines Funko Pop Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi. Obi-Wan trained the young Padawan Anakin Skywalker. Anakin became a great Jedi but was led down the dark side by Palpatine who used Anakin’s emotions against him. Anakin turns to the Darkside with destiny bringing Obi-Wan and Anakin together in a battle of good versus evil. A badly injured and dying Anakin is discovered by Palpatine resulting in the rise of Darth Vader. The legendary Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi served the Republic for over sixty years. The new 544 Obi-Wan Kenobi in Jedi Robe is a very nice new version of the Jedi Master standing with his Jedi Robe. The hood of robe is up and he is holding his lightsaber. The gaps in the box numbers suggest more figures to be announced. The overall numbering is from the main Funko Pop Star Wars line. Kawlan Roken was part of the underground network known as The Path. The Path were friends of the Jedi who smuggled Force sensitives and remaining Jedi to safety during the Great Jedi Purge.
