I'm sure lots of children and adults can relate to this book and discuss experience and ways that we can try and cope with the changing world but not let it ruin our day and our mental health. This book could be used to start a discussion with a class or individual children about why they might worry and what they can do to help themselves feel better.I would discuss this with a class, and it would help them to talk about their feelings, for example: “I have a big butterfly today”. It will work well for this purpose with children in Key Stage One and Two making it a very useful purchase indeed.
