I have received this photo of a second boxed set of Old Bleach towels. This set has has four larger towels and two hand towels in it, wrapped with a blue ribbon, plus two of doilies and two napkins. The larger towels are almost square. It's not known if the doilies and napkins belong to the set, however, they are made of linen and came in the box with the towels. The original Cauldon wash bowl in the IDHN article appears to be a darker pink than the Avon version shown above, but otherwise it looks identical. This is a very interesting and rare facsimile set of fourteen miniature engravings of royal castles and famous buildings in London and the Home Counties by the artist Frank Willis A.R.E., commissioned for Queen Mary's Dolls' House.

Unlike the Bradshaw's Guide miniature, the ABC Guide does not appear to have been given away or sold in any numbers, as this is the only copy I have come across. If anyone reading this does happen to know of other copies, I would love to hear from them. This is another rare piece of artwork, this time by Malcolm Osborne R.A. The framed miniature etching is of "A Dieppe Café". The etching is signed by the artist in pencil and has an inscription in ink to the mount: "With all best Wishes for a very Happy Christmas and New Year from Malcolm Osborne.
