The inside line:Some spaces have dotted lines separating them, with a lower number or caution symbol next to it. The number indicates the highest gear you can use to safely move between those spaces. Exceed it and you will lose control! The caution symbol gives one extra caution result when moving (see below) Yellow Flag: (Qty x 6) This will be removed on your next move (not turn - if you are at speed 00, the yellow flag stays on the board, affecting all players, until you are ready to move again). Upcoming board game Rallyman: Dirt will combine the base Rallyman board game and Dirt into a single box, including the additional terrain types and tyre choices from the expansion. Early plays felt like it was a case of dropping down to the lowest gear and then speeding up to the highest gear, but further plays highlighted other factors that need to be considered. So it’s no surprise I would want to play Rallyman GT based on the theme alone. What is a surprise is how deep and tactical the game is, making each turn feel like a well-crafted puzzle. That element is what had my friends gripped, wanting to play again as soon as we’d finished. We’ve even arranged to continue with a championship, having races take place every couple of weeks!
