I have performed all the popular suggestions for fixing this with no success. I would be willing to bet this is a Windows issue but I'm hoping someone has some unique work arounds. Windows Hello facial recognition requires a PIN to be set before you can enable it. You must first create a PIN in Sign-in Options, then configure Windows Hello facial recognition.
