We were determined to make a real go of our hobby, so we secured a regular pitch at St. Albans market and continued to hone our craft. In 2011, after a successful weekend at the Country Living Show, we made the decision to leave our day jobs and focus entirely on our new company, which we named So Cosy Ltd. The jute used to create our natural rugs requires zero fertilisers, grows naturally and in abundance, and is fully biodegradable. The product created is unique as a result, with any imperfections only adding to its charm. Taking care of your jute rug is also simple. In fact, you can vacuum and clean it just like you would with any carpet. Our festive farm open day takes place on Saturday 18th November 2023 from 10am until 5pm. So Cosy HQ is usually closed at the weekend, so the open event offers the chance to visit us and our neighbours (including the amazing and award-winning jeweller Harriet Kelsall) to get some Christmas shopping under your belt or find the cosy homewares and accessories to complete your look not just this season but every season to come.
