You may want to try Valentino's Donna Rome perfume - that is more of a buffed down version with a very similar chord. I hope that I somehow picked up a bad bottle because I cannot understand why this smells so terrible. I sprayed it this morning and I am now surrounded by a pleasant, comforting scent, I feel a soapy note and I do love soapy perfumes.

Something about the rhubarb must have gone off in the bottle I smelled, but I cannot imagine this smelling fruity in any capacity.

A mouth-watering concoction of fresh watermelon and juicy kiwi is offset by the drama of pink cyclamen for an exhilarating fragrance feeling.It really depends on what scent you like or don’t like but I always get loads of compliments when I wear this perfume. That way I find it stays perfectly pleasant with lasting power up to 5 hours, while on skin it's about 3 hours.

Longevity is right below average at around 3-4 hrs, while being non-offensive, making this perfect for work. It pretty much stays like this for me for about 2-3 hours; I don’t really get to the base notes at all. Since it is still frigid in Ohio, I haven’t gotten to test out the longevity because it isn’t really suited for this weather, but it will probably be the first bottle I reach for when we hit the 70’s. Fruity, fresh, bright but so familiar; got home sprayed my Valentino Born in Roma, is it just me or are they very similar! In summer, it has a light pleasant projection, but if you wear it in milder climates (I'd say anything under 25 degrees Celsius/77 degrees Fahrenheit) you will not be able to smell it even on yourself.
