I could never get the schedule switch to work the way I want it so I use the Image Parameter Switch to change over from daylight to nighttime settings, in the present firmware this option can be a little buggy but its worth sticking with it because you set the daylight time by the month of the year, once set up it works very good, I have it switching from the normal display settings that I have customised to my needs and switch over to Custom1 setting to suit the lighting conditions at night. The camera is installed on the front of my house and therefore has the benefit of streetlighting to aid ColorVu for night time footage.
