Onto the terrace was only a chair in a room with 3 persons occupancy. I asked reception on 3 different occasions for a second one and I received it 3 days before leaving. We had twin room and I needed the beds to be close to each other and I asked the housekeeper which said that I have to talk to the reception to record for the beds to join together. And the dining experience was far from satisfactory. The food was not only unappetizing but also served cold, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no children's menu available, making it challenging for families with kids. The WIFI in the room crashed everyday..
