Releases that are entirely composed of prints from other releases are small. Rayquaza V and Noivern V are existing cards with new artwork. Rayquaza V was originally released recently in Japan as aRayquaza V (210/S-P) promo in the Japanese Dragon Pokemon V Get Challenge. Noivern V is a new artwork that we never have seen before. It is an alternative artwork to the Noivern V from the Japanese S7D Skyscraping Perfect set. We will update this article with the official product descriptions when more information has been revealed.
