Games Workshop has revealed a new army box set for the Imperial Guard featuring a ton of new Cadian miniatures during the Warhammer Day 2022 preview! Zatu has an excellent range of games and for most of them the best prices too. Delivery is always fast and I have never received a game in bad condition. 10/10 would recommend.

Starting with the armor plate on the front, you can just add some blue-tac (as there are two different front plates) and just move those depending on the gun choice. Oh! I forgot you do get one other choice on each model. You can chose to give them a bed roll on the majority of the models, soooo that’s something. According to the Warhammer Day preview stream, all the new Imerial Guardsman models will be on 28mm bases like the revamped Eldar line. The field ordinance batteries are fairly easy looking to build. They also have a few weapon options, but nothing too crazy. The assembly up until this point is all the same. Then, you have to decide which weapons to mount. To magnetize the weapons, you’ll need some magnets in the base model itself, and then you’ll be able to switch out the guns. I have a feeling that would be a ‘realistic’ detail to have but that would probably result in less clean of a design so I don’t mind over much.
