Wearing Spicebomb is like putting on your favorite fuzzy oversized sweater, the one that belonged to your grandfather and still smells like his pipe tobacco, pulling down a copy of a book that you love, and snuggling up in a big stuffed leather chair that your grandfather used to smoke pipes in, to read with a mug of chai tea. The name Spicebomb Extreme couldn't be more appropriate, this is indeed an EXTREME SPICE BOMB. The opening is warm, spicy, and sweet. Every single note in the breakdown is noticeable, but the strongest are the vanilla, cinnamon, and whiskey. The scent is pretty linear, so the dry down is pretty similar to the opening. The tobacco is a little bit stronger, but it's still predominantly vanilla, cinnamon, and whiskey. Although the whiskey note is noticeable throughout, I wouldn't consider this a boozy fragrance as the whiskey doesn't dominate any of the other notes. In today’s world of everything looking the same, we cannot dispute how original is the presentation of this fragrance.

If we take a broader look, rarely does any other fragrance from a designer fragrance house do tobacco/vanilla composition better than Extreme. PerformanceDuring my time of testing, I wore it mainly in the clubs and restaurants during the night where it performed the best. This olfactory masterpiece is a must-have addition to any respectable perfume collection, particularly as a permanent fixture for the winter months. Spicebomb Extreme possesses a remarkable longevity and projection, making it perfect for those special social occasions like dance parties, weddings, or nights out at the disco. It leaves an unforgettable signature that stands out in a crowd and offers a level of quality typically associated with niche fragrances but at a more accessible designer price point. While it may be on the expensive side, the quality of the juice and the fact that you only need a small amount justify its price tag. This is mild and soft. I don't get a lot of sillage here. This stays close to my skin and you wouldn't smell it on me unless you got into hug-range.

I remember buying the flowerbomb and just discovering the brand really and as exploring I tried the spicebomb and dang. I think a year or two later I've bought my own bottle. for me it's only one to two sprays is more than enough. this is super strong and spicy. this lil guy here is the one to draw heads and people commenting on it immediately. I remember I was in a hotel, went down for a breakfast and this older man was there with his wife. as I'm getting into the dining room he just stops everything and starts to look for the source of the intense smell hahaha. well as for the smell itself~Before we continue to the next part of the review, let me just say that these critiques come from an objective standpoint of view, and are not meant to discourage you from smelling this perfume.

Spicebomb Extreme by Viktor & Rolf is a fragrance made for frosty, winter nights, but it can work great during fall as well. Pink pepper, elemi, tobacco, and saffron make this scent really stand out and lift your spirits. I love to smell this in the air around me and my wife loves it on my skin. It is synthetic, but synthetic chemicals done correctly. It can be done in a very positive way. I consider my nose to be very choosy and I love the spicebomb profile. If you're looking for a strong, spicy, fall/winter fragrance that will turn heads and get you noticed, this is a safe blind buy. The scent is amazing, and so is the performance. I blind bought this and was very happy with it, I'm sure you will be to. Provided you like spicy fragrances, of course. Be conservative with how much you spray this fragrance, with a few sprays you can really fill up a room, I think I might have suffocated the classroom when using this last winter. One spray can be smelled from around 2m. An absolute BEAST of fragrance for sure, and the sweet smell is intoxicating, love it. Viktor&Rolf Spicebomb Extreme Eau de Parfum was created by an unnamed perfumer in 2015 as a more intense successor to the original Spicebomb from 2012.
