You will select your botanicals with guidance, distil in one of the mini copper stills and bottle with your very own 70cl gin complete with a personalised label to take home. The standard London Dry release from the Harrogate team is produced using a selection of Premium Botanicals some of which are source from the Royal Horticultural Society's Garden Harlow Carr! An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. Our experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by combining traditional processes with a modern approach. The result is a delicious gin with a complex flavour that is perfect for sipping on its own or mixing into your favourite cocktails.Harrogate Tipple Rhubarb Gin is inspired by the abundance of rhubarb growing in the gardens of Ripley Castle.
